Step 2: Apply for Properties

Once you are pre-qualified, you can apply to purchase or license* a land bank property.

You may submit a Property Purchase Application for any of the properties that have been reviewed and designated by the CAP. For a list of available properties, click here. 

 

If your organization is seeking land for green space or urban agriculture, your application will be different and will not be assessed by the same rubric. Please select the "Green Space Application" for this purpose.

*Individuals who are seeking property for a green space or urban agriculture use may license property from the land bank instead of purchasing it outright. Pre-qualification is not required in that situation.
