May 5th, 2021 CAP Meeting

The next meeting of the Citizens Advisory Panel will be on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at 5:30pm. The CAP will be advising on the use of these 4 adjacent parcels in Church Hill totalling 0.315 acres; all are zoned for R-63 Urban Mutli-Family Residential. Two are in use as a parking lot (1007+1009 N 26th St), and the other two are vacant.

The CAP will also be reviewing a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the former Bank of America branch building at 1307 E. Brookland Park Blvd in Northside. Comments are being accepted on the draft RFP, which you can learn more about and review here.

This meeting will be held remotely via Zoom on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at 5:30pm.
